Keve Wilson

Oboist Keve Wilson is a past winner of Concert Artists Guild and solo oboist with the Grammy nominated Absolute Ensemble.

Former oboist of Opera Pacific in Los Angeles, Keve has toured with Alarm Will Sound, Wind Soloists of New York, and performed many world premieres, including After Hearing Bach by Peter Schickele.

Hailed by the New York Times for her “magnificently sweet tone,” Keve can be heard on Stephen Sondheim’s 2013 cast recording Passion and is currently oboist in the Tony winning Broadway show A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder.

She recently returned from the Makuleke Village in South Africa thanks to the Clifford-Levy Creativity Grant.

Her album Pure Imagination was released on Composers Concordance Records/NAXOS in 2011.

Keve is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music where she studied with Richard Killmer.
